Effective date: July 23, 2026 · Applies to theunctest.com (“the Site”), operated by the owner of theunctest.com (“we”, “us”).
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these Terms at any time; the effective date above reflects the latest version, and continued use after changes means you accept them.
2. Entertainment Only
The Unc Test is satire and entertainment. Scores, tiers, verdicts, and certificates are jokes. They have no scientific, psychological, medical, or legal meaning — including in the group chat, no matter what we printed on the certificate. Do not make any real-world decision based on a quiz that asks about your favorite gas station.
3. Free to Use
The Site is free. No account is required and none can be created. We may show advertising (see the Privacy Policy) to cover costs. We may add, change, or remove features at any time without notice.
4. Intellectual Property
All quiz questions, verdict and certificate copy, page text, and the Site's visual design are original content of theunctest.com and are protected by copyright. You are welcome to screenshot and share your results anywhere — that is the point. You may not copy the question set or site content wholesale to build a competing product.
The embedded TikTok video belongs to its creator (@mrgrandeofficial) and is displayed through TikTok's official embed. “Unc” is community slang originating in African American Vernacular English (AAVE); we use it with respect for that origin. The Site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, any creator, or any university.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) attempt to disrupt or overload the Site; (b) scrape or bulk-download its content for republication; (c) use the Site's content or share images to harass, defame, or target any real person; or (d) misrepresent the Site as your own work. Roasting your friends who agreed to be roasted is explicitly permitted.
6. Third-Party Links & Services
The Site links to and embeds third-party services (TikTok, Google). We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
7. No Warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. We may suspend or discontinue the Site at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Site — which is zero.
9. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force.
